I am a mature clinical psychologist that has been in private practice for nearly 20 years working with general psychology issues like depression, anxiety (general, panic, social and trauma) as well as personality issues and addiction. I am a Schema Therapy informed therapist that works in a powerful way with 'parts of self' using techniques such as chair work and imagery rescripting. Schema therapy incorporates all the best parts of Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy which were the basis of my original training. I work as much as possible using embodied techniques such as mindfulness and visualisation.

On top of working with all general psychiatric presentations, I am also interested in working with chronic pain using somatic experiencing techniques and other embodied visualizations and mindfulness approaches. I am also a very experienced both diagnosing and treating PTSD. I work with adults and adolescents and families.
