Following my internship I was fortunate enough to gain experience in a number of contexts. This made me appreciate clients from many different backgrounds with varied issues. The services I offer in my practice are aimed at adults who have a strong need to address whatever challenges they are facing in a way that will allow them to live a more meaningful and authentic life.
I have a general practice which offers individual psychotherapy to clients. Intervention might at times include psychometric assessment. I also have a special interest in Health Psychology and completed another master's degree in Medically Applied Psychology.
As we journey through life, there will inevitably arise situations and experiences that overwhelm us. During these times opportunities can also open up for growth and the processing of issues that have caused us to live in way that limits our expression of self.
