I work with a large variety of clients from 16 years to retired persons, couple sessions as well as one-on-one sessions. Most of my clients are dealing with some of the following: trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, lack of direction, eating disorders, performance problems, emotional turmoil, low self-esteem or are just generally demotivated and tired! Some just need to talk through their grief or anger. They all come with the need to heal, manage the world and find the joy in their lives again.
I offer my clients unconditional positive regard. They know they are never judged and always heard. I offer practical tools and guidance as well as hold space for them to express and explore. I invite their inner children into my safe space where we examine triggers and re-parenting. I also use hypnotherapy to bypass some of the talk therapy If needed.
The space I offer is safe and holding. Whether you are a couple or an individual seeking therapy, together we are able to explore openly, without shame, what your needs are and how to go about having them met. We work together in a healing environment where you are heard and understood. I believe everyone should be in therapy - it's a form of self-care!
