My name is Ciska and I am based in George, a beautiful town in Western Cape. I started my career as a registered nurse but studied further in Life Coaching, Wellness Counselling & Career coaching, My desire is to help people on whatever journey they are on and giving hope, love and support. Each one of us in their innermost being are perfect, whole and complete. We are here to navigate through life and each have different experiences, ideas and concepts on life. Whether you are in need of career guidance, better health, understanding yourself or working through trauma, I am here to support you in your journey.
My main focus is on helping clients develop a positive and action based growth mindset and taking small steps into your ideal life and version of yourself. The goal is for you to take responsibility and action towards your own health & life, but with continued monitoring and support of your progress.
