I am here to facilitate and support my clients while they engage in untangling their inner and outer worlds. In an increasingly fast-paced, superficial, disconnected society, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to deal with issues such as parenting, marriage/divorce, loss & grief, addiction, co-dependancy, inner child, managing high pressure, self-criticisms, self esteem, psychospiritual growth and more. Having a safe space to open up and work through our internal struggles paves the way to living a healthier, brighter, more fulfilling life!

I am an ASCHP registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor. I am also a former Foundation Phase Teacher. My qualifications include: BA Humanities Degree; BA Honours Psychology Degree; Post-Graduate Certificate in Education; and Humanitas Counselling certificate. I offer a holistic approach to healing and have a keen interest in relationships.

I believe that authentic, healthy, loving relationships are the most important ingredient to holistic wellness. Relationships include your relationship with yourself. Many of us today lack just that. Through having a safe counselling relationship, you are able to come as you are, and navigate the struggles of your inner and outer world.
