I am a Counsellor and Life Coach who strives to offer a compassionate and caring space for clients to explore various areas of difficulties including anxiety, life transition issues, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues and general life stressors and concerns .I work with clients to help them explore the meaning of their own experiences and assist them with finding direction from within. My hope as a Counsellor is to offer a space where clients can experience a greater relationship to Self with which to create a more meaningful life for themselves.
I use a number of approaches and work with the client to approach their journey in a way that is of value to them.
