I am an Occupational Therapist specialised in mental and sexual health. I treat each client as an individual and cater to their unique gender, racial, cultural, personality and financial needs. The goal in my therapy sessions is to help each client to become functional and successful not only despite, but also because of their challenges. The focus is on what matters most to you and not what the matter is with you. During therapy, you can dig into a basket of fidget toys, colour while you talk, sit on the floor, sip on a cup of herbal tea... it is about your comfort.
Sessions are determined by your needs and are designed to be affordable and accessible. I offer individual, couple and group therapy. Conditions that I treat include mood disorders, anxiety, sensory processing disorders, adult ADHD, and sexual dysfunctions.
I am passionate about helping my clients to move from a place of illness and dysfunction to one of wellness and function. I look forward to answering any questions you may have on how I can help you, what your needs are and how you can work to become the best version of you.
