Hi, I work mainly with children through to young adults. I help my clients explore their emotions and experiences from their past to their present, so that they can find emotional regulation, understanding, and healing. I believe strongly that the key ingredient to a successful therapeutic journey is the containment and validation offered in a safe therapeutic space and alliance. This is something I strive to offer all my clients and their families. Whether you or your child is experiencing anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, depression, school-related difficulties, familial troubles, substance use, etc. My space is open for you
Psychotherapy: In these sessions, I work with the individual to explore their inner world. Through this coping strategies and emotional regulation tips are learnt. I include art and play therapy in my talk therapy. Assessments: These offer a holistic view of a child that leads to recommendations for support, accommodations, and further intervention.
