Operating from Stellenbosch, nestled in the heart of the historic Cape Winelands, I am an experienced clinical psychologist qualified to diagnose and treat a host of mental health issues. Passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples and families; services range from managing day-to-day life stresses to treating severe mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. My focus is on working with clients in a way that best suits their unique needs. I am dedicated to providing client-centered interventions within a warm and tranquil setting.
The therapeutic service offers a safe space to work with emotions to gain a deeper understanding and insight about what motivates behaviour, change undesirable behaviours, and improve body awareness. The client's preference determines whether a directive or non-directive therapeutic approach is used.
