I work from a supportive, person-centred approach & take the lead from my client, meeting them where they're at. I draw on multiple theoretical frameworks (CBT, ACT & DBT) to suit my client's needs & the therapeutic relationship. I try to empower my clients with various skills, so they feel equipped to deal with life's challenges. Online sessions only.
