I believe that therapy is a partnership in being curious about your past, and exploring in an accepting and authentic environment. It is also about experiencing some of the difficult things in yourself and the world, and having a consistent, safe space to encounter these challenges. Sometimes when we hit our lowest point, we are most open to change.
I offer individual psychotherapy (short and long term) to adult clients. I work collaboratively and integratively, with access to several approaches depending on suitability and what is preferred for each person on their particular journeys. Nevertheless I have a particular interest in psychodynamic and narrative therapies.
