I have 21 years experience in providing counselling to variety of clients. I specialise in trauma, bereavement, anxiety management, depression, chronic condition counselling, family and marital counselling, pre-marital counselling, marriage coaching, employee wellness programmes,stress and anger management, substance dependency, behavioral and others.
