As an experienced Addiction professional, I offer a range of techniques that are practical and useful to my clients. My services are confidential and client centered. Helping my clients achieve a life of recovery they can be proud of is my passion. I am a recovering addict of 12 years and add my personal experience to create a unique and relatable therapeutic space. Addiction does not mean the end, recovery is possible. Helping family members by providing them with support and education to understand addiction and the recovery process is just as important.
Specialized and Individualized relapse prevention planning. Family support in educating families on the factors of addiction for both substances and behaviors. Helping families set appropriate boundaries to eliminate enabling and Codependent traits that harm the recovery process.
Finding oneself in the spiral of addiction can lead to a very painful and lonely place, it is in these places that a new foundation can be built. If you are in such a place, you are not alone, there is always a solution. As difficult as this can be, reach out there is help available.
