I don’t think that there is a right or a wrong way to be a human. I know that life can be difficult and hard sometimes and I don’t believe that you have to go through it alone. I work with adults, couples, throuples and polycules in relationship- and individual therapy in Afrikaans and English. My mission is to empower humans to navigate challenging situations, improve their mental well-being, and achieve personal growth. I strongly believe that every person deserves the opportunity to lead a happy, balanced, and extraordinary life.
My areas of special interest include gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, sexual difficulties, relationship orientation, relationship difficulties, infidelity, as well as anxiety disorders, grief and loss, anger management and life transitions. I aim to create a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings and gain new insights.
I believe in the power of human connection and empathy, and I am committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client. I understand that seeking therapy can be a courageous step, and I deeply respect the vulnerability and trust that clients bring to therapy. Send me a message to book your free 50min assessment to see if we are a good fit.
