I and get referrals from medical specialists to assist clients with medical- and life challenges. I do life coaching, teach healthy boundaries and focus on practical tailor made emotional skills enhancing well-being.
It really helps to talk and to realise that you are not alone. My motto is: Try to travel through life as light as possible. You are a survivor - not a victim!
