What a shallow interpretation of our emotional lives. Real emotion is independent of socialization. It comes from within and reflects who we truly are. Only fake emotion comes from what we think we ought to be feeling because of how we were taught. That is all behaviorists know, fake emotion. Why do they even bother? She gives the completely wrong advice, to be aware that a person's emotions are cultural. They are not, they are universal. They break down the cultural barriers between people.
