Comprehensive Mental Health Treatment

Mental health disorders are a cornerstone of what we treat at Zinnia Sacramento. Founded on the belief that mental health disorders require personalized treatment, Zinnia Sacramento provides individualized care for every client. Through counseling, experienced medical staff, and a lifelong support system, our mission is to give every client the tools they need to sustain recovery after treatment. From social anxiety to specific phobias, mental health disorders cover a broad spectrum. This is one reason personalized care is so important. Just as disorders rarely fit neatly into a single box, neither should your treatment. We focus on treating the whole mental health of our clients, which means treating disorders as diverse as the clients themselves.

Specialized & Integrative Care

At Zinnia Sacramento, we treat a broad range of mental health disorders. We also address co-occurring disorders and affiliated issues, such as trauma and chemical dependency. Starting with a personalized assessment, we identify and diagnose all disorders that may be affecting a client’s mental health, and then create an individualized plan that addresses each issue. All programming focuses on giving clients the tools to confidently manage life outside treatment, complete with comprehensive aftercare and alumni support.

Client Focused Programming

Our Intensive Day Programming provides treatment in a nurturing environment for clients who do not need 24-hour medical supervision, but who recognize the need for structure in their recovery journey for addiction, mental health, or both. Treatment includes: • Programming six hours a day, six days a week • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and weekly psychiatric visits • Weekly sessions with primary therapist and individualized case management • 36 hours of group therapy a week • Structured and monitored supportive housing available Many clients choose to stay at one of our partner recovery residences, carefully selected through our trusted network and staffed by experienced counselors. We also offer a more flexible Outpatient Care Program that allows clients to incorporate treatment into everyday life, including work and family obligations.
