We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

Hazelden Betty Ford, a national nonprofit organization founded in 1949, helps people reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Top of the World Ranch is holistic, individualized set upon a private 315-acre property. Our program treats chemical addictions (alcohol and drugs) as well as process addictions such as gambling, sex, pornography, food, gaming, phone addiction and other dependencies that stand alone or accompany the chemical addictions. Our program also recognizes and treats co-occurring mental disorders that often accompany addictions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental afflictions.
