Through the combined experience and expertise of our staff we can offer services to individuals, couples, families, and groups suffering from diagnosable mental health concerns as well as mental health concerns that do not reach the level of diagnosable disorders. Our team takes pride in our use of a person-centered approach. This means that each of our clinicians considers you to be the expert on you and the expert on your personal needs. Often individuals may need help discovering this self-knowledge and in finding ways to explore these needs in a safe and affirming space. Our therapists are here to assist you with this journey at each step. In addition, our staff can help in exploring coping strategies for working through immediate needs and resilience building for working through difficulties that may arise in the future.
