As a family-founded, private non-profit based in Manchester, NH, we specialize in treating adults 18+ experiencing schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Our approach combines evidence-based practices with deep family involvement, because we know that lasting recovery doesn't happen in isolation.

Residential offers 24/7 psychiatric & recovery care. PHP offers group therapy, psychiatric care & individual counseling, 5 hrs/day, 5 days/week. IOP offers group therapy & individual counseling. 3 hrs/day, 3 days/week, in-person & virtually. Community integration continues the wraparound psychiatric & recovery care while transitioning to independent living. A Family-Centered Model
