VA Community Care Network (CCN) Treatment Centers
The Veteran's Administration Community Care program covers behavioral health by local, community providers when the VA's own network cannot be utilized. The program is also called Care in the Community, Patient-Centered Community Care (P3C), and was formerly known as the Veteran's Choice Program (VCP).
