At PTT we provide residential care for teenagers who struggle with mental and emotional health issues through a custom tailored 30-60 day residential treatment program. Our program, staffed by experienced, highly trained professionals, is dedicated to treating the contemporary issues facing today’s teenagers. We focus on personalized treatment, which includes completing comprehensive diagnostic testing, developing a treatment plan tailored to the needs of each client, and closely monitoring progress. We believe in a collaborative and family focused approach towards treatment with all family members playing an integral role in the treatment process. We focus on identifying and treating the core mental or emotional health issues that impact teens and their families. While the focus is on the underlying mental and emotional health issues, we treat teenagers who struggle with substance abuse, trauma , grief, self harm, eating disorders, personality disorders as well as other behavioral, mental and/or emotional health issues.

D'Amore Healthcare is a subacute mental health residential treatment program specializing in crisis stabilization. With a 2:1 staff to patient ratio, we offer 24/7 individualized care provided by a team of qualified professionals treating mood, personality and anxiety disorders along with depression and emotional or behavioral issues. D'Amore challenges the idea of hospitalization for mental illnesses and specializes in preventative treatment by creating an environment that reduces the shame cycle. Our Build Me Up Program fosters behavioral and cognitive change through positive reinforcement. D'Amore offers single bedrooms, 3 weekly 1:1 therapy sessions, 6-8 hours of intensive group therapy daily and a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with regular follow ups and medication management. CBT, DBT and ACT therapy, equine, art and music therapy, breathwork, sound bath, pilates and yoga therapies as well as nutritious meals and nutrition planning. Experiential therapies also include budgeting groups, outside gym and weekly outings.

Our program is 7 days a week 24-hour care consisting of individual session, group activity and process groups. The program addresses recovery education, relapse prevention, emotion regulation, art therapy, mediation and life skills. Each treatment program is individualized for the patient’s specific needs. Patients have the option of attending classes specific to their needs, such as trauma , Wellbriety, anger management and 12 step education. Our foundation is centered around Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as mindfulness which flows into all aspects of recovery. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the base therapy as client moves into PHP, they then learn and demonstrate DBT skills. Within the first week, the patient’s admission will be focused on discharge planning and goal and expectations will be set forth in the treatment plan. The counselor will also provide the patient with resources to overcome barriers and what one should do in the event of a crisis. Slowly expanding on each student's emotional tolerance, Deschutes does not support a shock approach.

Turning Winds is a residential treatment program for teens that integrates a non-traditional, therapeutic process that facilitates constructive growth in our students that are struggling with a diverse mix of behavioral challenges. These key program components include academic credit recovery, equine therapy, international service projects, outdoor and recreational therapies, substance abuse education, and trauma informed care. Turning Winds utilizes a unique blend of professionals that melds multiple disciplines to tailor a clinically driven, personalized relationship based treatment approach for teens that enroll; thus, inspiring a path of self-confidence, self-reliance, happiness and success.Our program can accommodate a total enrollment of 42 students with an average length of stay that lasts between 6 to 12 months. However, we extend into longer periods of treatment as deemed clinically appropriate.
