Virginia Beach Counseling and Wellness offers help for the whole family, serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families across Hampton Roads. We proudly provide an LGBTQ+ affirming space and have a strong understanding of the unique experiences and needs within the LGBTQ+ community, including identity exploration, coming out, relationships, and navigating systems that may not always feel supportive. We value this work deeply and are honored to support clients in showing up fully as themselves. We provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in a small, quiet, and private environment where clients feel safe and respected. Our clinicians use CBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR, art therapy, and Gottman couples counseling.
