Quality Treatment for Eating Disorders
We offer comprehensive Eating Disorder programs at the Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP)levels of care for male and female patients. We individualize care to address the co-existing disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma/PTSD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders as well as core underlying issues. Each patient works with a multidisciplinary team of highly trained professional staff including a psychiatrist, licensed mental health professionals, and nutrition staff. Our multidisciplinary team addresses the mental, nutritional, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. We work closely with our patients to develop and practice healthy coping skills to replace deeply rooted self-destructive patterns. We are dedicated to go beyond diagnosis and symptom management so that each patient addresses all issues to fully understand their personal recovery needs.
Adult Programming
VIAMAR offers Residential, PHP and IOP programming for adult men and women. Our Residential program, Casita Del Mar, houses a maximum of 14 patients, ensuring individualized treatment and quality of care. We have nursing staff with our residential patients 24 hours a day. We incorporate intensive family programming for all patients. Eating disorders impact the entire family; VIAMAR is dedicated to help the entire family heal and move forward. Our day treatment programs are designed to accelerate the recovery process with daily structure on the PHP level and weekly structure on the IOP level. These programs have been meticulously designed for best client support by our medical director, clinical director, therapists and dietitians.
Adolescent Programming
VIAMAR offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming for adolescents ages 12 - 18. Our adolescent patients program separately from the adults at ViaMar Health. We incorporate intensive family programming for all patients, particularly our adolescent patients. Eating disorders impact the entire family; VIAMAR is dedicated to help the entire family heal and move forward. All programming has been created by our medical staff, clinicians and dietitians to ensure all specialties facilitate their necessary components to an individuals recovery.
