DBT Informed Intensive Outpatient Program
Our DBT skills group allows individuals to meet 4 times a week to learn and practice skills to better overcome life's challenges. The group uses roleplay, expressive arts (such as drawing, journaling, and movement), talk-therapy, and processing with a trained therapist. The program includes individualized treatment planning which means that we focus on your symptoms, strengths, and support system to create a plan that helps you meet your goals. The program also includes a medication evaluation with one of our providers for medication management if that is something that is important to you.
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Adolescent IOP allows teens to work together and learn vital skills to address issues specific to the teenage life. This group will help each individual better communicate their emotions and thoughts, improve their ability to manage stress and social skills, and increase their overall functioning.
Trauma Informed Intensive Outpatient Program
You will participate in group therapy multiple days a week to help you address emotional and behavioral struggles related to traumatic experiences. These groups will provide education about the impact trauma has on the mind, body and emotions. You will be in an environment the will nurture the development healthy skills while processing difficult emotions and trauma. Come complete an assessment to see if this group will be the best fit.
