Partial Hospitalization Program
Whether working alone with a therapist or in a group setting for therapy, a partial hospitalization program will give you the best strategies to cope with your symptoms.
Intensive Outpatient Program
IOP treatment teaches patients how to control their stress and deal with their emotional and behavioral issues within the individual, group, or family therapy. This program consists of repeated visits (usually 3-5 days per week) and an average of 3-4 hours of treatment per day. Finally, PHP is an intense, structured program similar to IOP in its therapy; however, it consists of 6 hours of treatment per day and takes place 5-7 days a week.
Routine Outpatient Treatment
ROC consists of three types of care. There is individual counseling which involves sessions with a therapist. Additionally, medication management and evaluation may be incorporated to see if medication would be helpful. Finally, group therapy entails weekly group sessions with other people with mental health concerns to gain knowledge from one another’s experiences. Call or Email
