At Evolve, we cater exclusively to adolescents. Our treatment team includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff. We focus on what we do best: creating a safe, supportive, warm home environment for teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health. We believe treatment works best when it is personalized to each client. Teens at Evolve Lafayette receive customized treatment plans that reflect their current symptoms, past history, and clinical goals. Our high staff-client ratio, deliberately small groups (we only serve up to six teens at any given time), and licensed, experienced clinical team allow us to provide the highest caliber of personalized, evidence-based care.
