We work with most major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many young adults who receive treatment from Newport Institute using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Institute maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested provider-to-provider calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.

Ashley Addiction Treatment is a private, non-profit, Joint Commission accredited, 100-bed, inpatient addiction and chronic pain treatment center located on a picturesque, 147-acre campus on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in Northern Maryland. Ashley is south of New York City and Philadelphia, and north of Baltimore and Washington, D.C. We offer full medical detox services and our Pain Recovery Program that provides chronic pain treatment for those needing pain management and help to reduce their dependence on opiates and other pain medications. We have tracks for men and women as well as programs for young adults, first treatment and those who have suffered a relapse. We over comprehensive medical services and psychotherapeutic addiction therapy. We have four physicians, over 30 nurses, including full-time pain physician and a full time addiction psychiatrist. We offer holistic therapies including art, music, physical therapy and functional restoration, massage, acupuncture, yoga, recreation and 12 step support meetings. Founded in 1983, we've treated over 40,000 patients and have special weekend programs for families with addicted loved-ones and our Children's Program for children living in a home with addiction.

Evolve offers evidence-based treatment to adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, self-harm or high-risk behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other mental health/behavioral issues. Our residential treatment center in Los Angeles offers a warm, accepting environment where teens can stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotion regulation, impulse control, and distress tolerance skills. Teens participate in individual/family therapy multiple times a week, psychiatry sessions weekly, and daily groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety. Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely. Our focus is on Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy integrated with experiential therapies (equine-assisted therapy, art, surfing, music, drama, yoga, fitness, and more). We also provide daily academic support to help your child stay on track with school.
