Many of my clients describe themselves as high-achieving, responsible, and driven, yet feel exhausted by constant self-criticism, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional loneliness, or feeling like they can never quite "turn off." Others struggle with rigid thinking, difficulty expressing emotions, obsessive or compulsive behaviors, or feeling disconnected from the people around them despite wanting close relationships. I use evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
