Urban Balance is a large group psychotherapy practice with locations throughout Illinois, Colorado, Texas, and Missouri. We provide comprehensive outpatient counseling via telehealth and in-person for individuals, couples, children and families. Our mission is to make therapy accessible and affordable by accepting most insurances and offering sliding scale and self-pay options. We also have clinicians who can offer a reduced sliding scale. Additionally, we believe therapy is a healthy, normal and proactive part of self-care. Urban Balance's most valuable assets are its therapists who come from a multitude of therapeutic backgrounds and clinical expertise. Insurance Friendly Practice and Billing
Most insurance plans will cover mental health and substance abuse treatment and Urban Balance accepts most commercial insurance plans.Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Urban Balance also accepts many EAP (Employee Assistance Program) plans. If Urban Balance is a network provider, UB will honor the contracted rate which varies depending on the plan. UB has insurance verification specialists that will check your benefits and assist with authorizations, and our Billing Department can submit claims on your behalf.
