Treatment Programs
Upstate New York Eating Disorder Service provides trauma-informed client-centered treatment programs and nutrition services. We use a "health at every size" treatment philosophy to create a safe and supportive environment for anyone dealing with an eating disorder. Our support is comprehensive and includes multiple levels of care to help meet your individualized needs. We provide a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Sol Stone Center for individuals 18 and older, including overnight lodging if needed for individuals enrolled in the PHP located in Elmira, NY. The virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for individuals 16 and older. Nutrition Service provides outpatient treatment for all ages with locations in Elmira, Binghamton, Ithaca, and Syracuse New York. Sol Stone Center Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Sol Stone Center, is located in Elmira, NY. The program housed in a Victorian home offers a warm and safe environment. We provide a small supportive group setting, limiting the program to 12 patients, all genders, 18 years and older. The program is 9.5 hours a day on weekdays and 5 hours on Saturday. We have an overnight supervised residence, Hoffman House, for individuals in the program. We are accredited by the New York State Department of Mental Health. We do participate with most major insurance companies. Prior to treatment we will contact your insurance company and determine coverage. Nutrition Service of Upstate New York
Outpatient nutrition services are provided by registered dietitians who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders in addition to a variety of medical conditions and nutritional needs. We use state of the art testing including metabolic testing which measures your metabolism, and body composition analysis. These non-invasive tests measure how healthy your body is and provide a clear picture of your nutritional status. The test results and comprehensive nutritional assessment are used to help develop an individualized meal plan. Our office locations include Elmira, Binghamton, Ithaca, and Syracuse New York.
