Our clinic provides low-cost, outpatient therapy to address drinking for adults in the community. We believe in an individualized, collaborative approach to treatment. We will work with you to develop and work toward your own treatment goals, whether you want to drink less, drink socially, or not drink at all.
As a training clinic, all clinicians receive training and supervision by licensed clinical psychologists in the diagnosis and treatment of alcohol-related disorders.
We use evidence-based therapies, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Community Reinforcement Approach, and Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention.
