Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine day treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.

I am a British and American-trained quadruple Board Certified Psychiatrist. I obtained my Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, England (MRCPsych) prior to relocating to the US. My Board Certifications are in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. I believe in evidence-based practices including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), as well as the use of supplements, exercise, and nutrition. Sigma Counseling Services provides comprehensive mental, behavioral, and substance use treatment services. Our goal is to improve access to mental health and substance use treatment, improve individual's quality of life, and make positive changes to our local community. We offer affordable mental health and substance use treatment, EAP, court-ordered evaluation/treatments, and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Chapter House Counseling Center is a licensed Intensive Outpatient Treatment facility located in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. We provide clinical outpatient services to persons with substance abuse and mental health disorders, with a specialty in chronic relapse. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, substance abuse assessments and evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication management.

You can trust your loved one is receiving the highest quality care in our outpatient programs. Our IOP has earned and maintained the CARF accreditation for over 5 years. Our programs are customized to the individual needs of our clients. The levels of care stair-step from the Partial Hospitalization Program down to the Intensive Outpatient Program. Clients participate in comprehensive clinical treatment without having to leave home for an inpatient facility. We offer both day and evening Intensive Outpatient Programs. Individual Counseling sessions allow clients to work on an intimate level with their therapists addressing recovery related topics.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy is a drug-free, FDA-cleared treatment that uses gentle magnetic pulses to re-activate the parts of the brain responsible for depression. It is non-drug, non-sedating, and non-systemic. This novel treatment option provides benefits without the side effects often associated with antidepressant medication. TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) Therapy is similar to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to precisely targeted magnetic pulses, stimulates key areas of the brain that are under active in patients with depression, and is conducted right in the doctor's office, in our cozy and private treatment rooms. Patients are awake and alert during treatment and can go back to their normal activities immediately after treatment.

IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history. Whether your assessment is conducted in person or online, our licensed, compassionate clinicians in consultation with our medical staff will recommend an effective plan of care and answer any questions you may have.

Located in Texas, Eating Disorder Solutions provides personalized eating disorder treatment for adults of all genders struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, OSFED, and co-occurring disorders like depression and anxiety.
