The expression “Everything is bigger in Texas” holds true. Banyan Texas is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, spanning 70 private, high fenced acres. This expansion into Waelder is Banyan’s first Texas facility providing detoxification and residential addiction treatment services. These levels of care treat dual-diagnosis cases; people struggling with both substance use disorders and mental health disorders. The expansive property offers serenity and privacy, yet is still less than an hour away from Austin, one hour from San Antonio, and approximately an hour and a half from downtown Houston. Clients can rehabilitate surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife in this former world-class lodge which includes a fishing pond, walking trails, chef-prepared meals, fitness center, fully equipped cabin-style rooms, stone fireplace, shuffleboard, swimming pool, and commercial kitchen and dining areas. Banyan Texas programming includes acudetox, experiential art therapy, CBT, DBT, 12-step education, gender-specific therapy groups, Faith in Recovery programming, life skills, relapse prevention, anger management, individual, group, and family therapy.

Continuum Outpatient Center is a tranquil setting where clients are welcomed and accepted. Here, clients learn to love themselves and create healthy, balanced lives and relationships. Built around healing, respect, empowerment and choice; clients receive individualized care. We utilize evidence-based treatment modalities with an underlying holistic, strength-based approach. Programming offers a flexible foundation for each clients recovery journey built around community, strengthening the family, and positive connections. We pride ourselves on truly providing an individualized approach to address mental health, substance abuse, and other co-occurring disorders.

For 12 years, Paradigm Treatment has been providing residential treatment for teens with mental health issues. Our medical and clinical teams delve deep to address the root causes of the struggles young people face in today’s stress-filled world. We work closely with youth and their families treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use. Our education coordinators address academic issues so that students are able to resume studies after treatment while experiential approaches such as yoga, meditation, Soundbath, and equine therapy empower clients to transform their lives. We work with most commercial insurance.

For over 15 years, Ascension Seton has been providing specialized intensive outpatient treatment to adults experiencing emotional and/or substance abuse difficulties. As the longest running intensive outpatient program in Austin, we are committed to the emotional well being of Central Texans, every step of the way.

Located in Austin, Texas, Cross Creek Hospital is a premier provider of inpatient treatment for adolescents ages 12-17. We provide quality care for young people who are struggling with mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and conduct disorders. We can also provide support for youths who have autism spectrum disorder. Our adolescent inpatient program may be ideal for those who are in crisis and need immediate care in a safe setting. Inpatient treatment can help young people regain a sense of safety and give them opportunities to learn coping skills for managing their symptoms in healthy ways. Our multidisciplinary staff of psychiatrists, nurses, master's-level therapists, recreational and music therapists, dietitians, and yoga instructors has experience working with young people and strives to support each patient. The typical length of stay in our adolescent inpatient program is around seven to 10 days, but each person’s length of stay depends on their individual needs.

Bariatric Counseling Center is the only facility of its kind. Our mission is to help clients who have struggled with food and weight. We help our clients develop a healthy relationship with food and be successful achieving goals through behavioral change. Weight loss isn't our goal but will be the by product of an improved relationship with food along with insight into one's relationship resulting in change. We provide medical, clinical and nutritional services to assist with a long term life style change and improving quality of life. Our staff consists of dietitians, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapist, nurses and exercise specialists who are dedicated to helping you change. Our intensive program is 3 hours M-F. Clients can attend programming in person or via Zoom from 12-3 or 530-830. The program consists of counseling, nutrition and cooking daily in our teaching kitchen. Our hope is for each client to discharge with recipes, meal plans, movement plans, mindful practice and tools to navigate life. Overeating and Binge eating isn't about a lack of willpower or self control it is a disease! And we can help you gain control.

The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare’s innovative inpatient program is located on 67 acres along the shores of the San Gabriel River. Clients reside in luxurious, gender specific residences that offer a small group setting, chef-prepared meals and a peaceful environment away from the distractions of life where one can focus on his or her recovery. We offer a holistic, 90-day program that includes both traditional and cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies. Our program provides support for those suffering co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders, or a history of trauma. We work with our clients and their families to create a continuing care program that provides long-term support for as long as needed. Optional long-term support is available via our continuum of care, a system of programs and support groups that offer various levels of structure and accountability as the person graduates from inpatient care to an increasingly independent life.
