Integrative approaches combined with evidence-based skills training helps patients fully incorporate new behaviors. Patients learn to plan for grocery shopping, cooking, plating their own meals and exposure experiences. They participate in integrative therapies including mindfulness, meditation, mindful movement, and creative arts. At Esperanza EDC, patients experience an unparalleled level of individualized care.
