Grief & Loss Group - Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings
Are you grieving the death of a loved one? This group will help grievers connect with one another, in a safe and healing space. Join our group to work through your feelings of grief and to find healthy ways to move forward. Group topics include: coping with grief, grief myths, understanding grief, realistic expectations and more. Call Grief Recovery Center to register. Seats are limited. $40/group.
Divorce Group - Thursday Evening
Are you going through a divorce or separation? During this difficult transition, having support & sharing your feelings are important to healing. In our group, you'll receive support with: managing emotions, rebuilding trust, combating loneliness, forgiveness, renewing self-esteem, co-parenting & moving forward in a healthy way. Call Grief Recovery Center to register. Seats are limited. $40/group.
Safe Space Process Group for Teen Girls - Weds.
This group will be a space for teen girls to come to discuss and process issues most relevant to their lives such as: abuse, anxiety, relationships, depression, drug or alcohol use, self-esteem, loneliness, pressure, body image, and more.
