Burning Tree provides high-quality treatment for the chronic relapser and their families. We serve clients who suffer from both mental health problems and chronic relapse. Located in Stockbridge, MA, with a national referral base, the Austen Riggs Center is an open and voluntary hospital-based continuum of care for adults (18+) with complex psychiatric problems. We offer a range of interventions within an integrated psychodynamic framework. An emphasis is placed on patient authority and responsibility while examining the meaning behind behaviors and how behaviors impact relationships. We treat the individual, not just the diagnosis. Patients come to us with multiple diagnoses, but we understand that these labels do not necessarily capture the essence of their struggles or strengths. In addition, through our Remote Access Intensive Outpatient Program we offer online treatment to emerging adults (18-26) in Massachusetts or New York.

Starlite Recovery Center provides an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, and other substances at two locations in Texas: Kerrville and New Braunfels. This level of care is designed to serve people who can benefit from structured clinical services but do not need full days of treatment or round-the-clock support. Our IOP may be an ideal option for people who need step-down support after completing a residential or inpatient program. Depending on their unique needs, adults may also enter treatment with us directly at the IOP level. Participants attend IOP sessions three hours per day, three days per week. For the convenience of our clients, we offer both morning and evening sessions. Most people remain in the program for about eight weeks. In addition to providing flexibility, our IOP schedule also allows clients to learn new skills and then practice them in real-world situations. When they are not participating in treatment, IOP clients may go to work, attend school, and otherwise engage in a healthy independent lifestyle.

Active-duty military members and veterans can benefit from our Operation Liberty program for specialized substance use disorder care.
