Connections Wellness Group Southlake connects you back to what matters most, the relationship with yourself. Connections Wellness Group teaches participants how to manage an array of issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, major life chances and substance use. Our focus is caring for you and walking with you on the journey to regain functioning.

With offices in The Woodlands, DFW and New Braunfels, we offer an Intensive Outpatient Program that takes place three days per week. In addition to Exposure/Response Prevention, program components include twice-daily check-ins to support program success. After an initial evaluation is completed and admission is approved, the suggested length of treatment is three to four weeks, with a minimum commitment of two weeks required for admission. The convenient format of our program permits minimal disruption of the family/work obligations. Treatment is conducted weekly, Friday through Sunday. Our commitment to our clients' success does not end with graduation from the program. The OCD Clinic is proud of our extensive after-care client support. We also offer Remote Consulting for those individuals who are not yet ready to enter in-person treatment or those with geographical distance. Post-OCD Coaching is also available.

Starlite Recovery Center provides residential treatment for adults who are suffering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. Our live-in treatment center in Center Point, Texas, is an ideal venue for clients to focus on their health and manage their symptoms while developing the strategies that can lead to long-term recovery. An average stay in residential treatment with us lasts 30 days. During that time, clients can participate in individual, group, and family therapies, as well as experiential therapies such as yoga, Pilates, ropes courses, equine therapy, and art therapy. Clients have access to basic medical care, medication management services, and, if necessary, detoxification services. Located on 55 acres of beautiful Texas hill country, our facility offers an unmatched natural environment for clients to begin the journey toward sobriety. With a patio overlooking our serene, peaceful location, a fitness center with a full weight room, a chapel for religious reflection, and a spacious dining hall, Starlite helps clients feel at home while also making the necessary changes for a life free of addiction.

For youth struggling with an eating disorder/disordered eating or adults facing the challenges that come with substance use, our PHP/IOP programs are tailored to meet you where you are with one goal in mind: connecting you back to what matters most. You will be met with unconditional positive regard, a non-judgmental approach to your treatment, and authentic compassion from our team as we walk alongside your in your wellness journey. Your mental and emotional wellbeing are two are of most important things in your wellness journey, and our multidisciplinary treatment offers several pillars of support to you both during your treatment and after your treatment has concluded. We focus on providing individualized and tailored programming to our clients by maintaining small and intimate groups that focus first on trauma and addiction as secondary. We believe that using substances is often a person's best attempt to cope with difficult life circumstances. We approach treatment from a non-judgmental perspective to help each person feel connected while gaining an understanding of themselves, and paving a new way. We offer convenient evening group hours so that people can continue to work, go to school or take care of families during the day and still fully engage in treatment.

Eagle Ranch Academy is a Co-ed, Choice Based therapeutic program using a unique Core Value, Behavioral Change model. Once our client embodies and lives these core values, our clients are able to make choice based decisions to positively guide their lives. Our core values are Accountability, Honesty, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Integrity, Respect, Trust and Service. ERA students receive individual, group and family therapy from licensed therapists with PhD or Masters Level education, who specialize in dual diagnosis and adolescent treatment. Eagle Ranch Academy teaches it's clients important core values and help them develop life skills so each client can govern themselves. ERA is 1 of only 4 adolescent residential treatment programs in Utah nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities ("CARF"). Our beautiful 3-acre facility is located in Southern Utah and was designed and built specifically as an adolescent residential treatment facility.

Starlite Recovery Center provides an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, and other substances at two locations in Texas: Kerrville and New Braunfels. This level of care is designed to serve people who can benefit from structured clinical services but do not need full days of treatment or round-the-clock support. Our IOP may be an ideal option for people who need step-down support after completing a residential or inpatient program. Depending on their unique needs, adults may also enter treatment with us directly at the IOP level. Participants attend IOP sessions three hours per day, three days per week. For the convenience of our clients, we offer both morning and evening sessions. Most people remain in the program for about eight weeks. In addition to providing flexibility, our IOP schedule also allows clients to learn new skills and then practice them in real-world situations. When they are not participating in treatment, IOP clients may go to work, attend school, and otherwise engage in a healthy independent lifestyle.
