Austin Grief immediate action to broadly expand our mental health services via telehealth to meet the needs of people suffering extreme stress, anxiety, and other mental health impacts due to COVID and during this time of social unrest. Our professional counseling and therapy groups are provided by licensed therapists with highly-specific training in the areas of grief, loss, and trauma. We also provide on-going, donation-based peer support groups formed around specific types of loss (no ongoing fees to attend). Our agency strives to help anyone in need. Founded in 2007 as Eating Disorder Center at San Antonio (EDCASA), our treatment programs serve female and male children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS) and co-occurring conditions. A multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, an internal medicine physician, therapists, Registered Dietitians, nurses, milieu therapists, movement and meditation therapists, therapeutic gardener and support staff deliver comprehensive, compassionate Outpatient levels of specialized eating disorder care. Programming options include 7-day-per-week Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs to meet the unique recovery needs of patients and families at all stages of the recovery journey.

Programming offers a flexible foundation for each clients recovery journey built around community, strengthening the family, and positive connections. We pride ourselves on truly providing an individualized approach to address mental health, substance abuse, and other co-occurring disorders.

Located in Austin, Texas, Cross Creek Hospital is a premier provider of inpatient treatment for adolescents ages 12-17. We provide quality care for young people who are struggling with mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and conduct disorders. We can also provide support for youths who have autism spectrum disorder. Our adolescent inpatient program may be ideal for those who are in crisis and need immediate care in a safe setting. Inpatient treatment can help young people regain a sense of safety and give them opportunities to learn coping skills for managing their symptoms in healthy ways. Our multidisciplinary staff of psychiatrists, nurses, master's-level therapists, recreational and music therapists, dietitians, and yoga instructors has experience working with young people and strives to support each patient. The typical length of stay in our adolescent inpatient program is around seven to 10 days, but each person’s length of stay depends on their individual needs.

Our highly individualized detox programs provide the highest levels of comfort and safety available while preparing clients for the journey through rehabilitation, aftercare and lifelong recovery. We utilize a thorough need-finding assessment to design a detox program that meets the physical, emotional and wellness needs of each client and their families.
