About
Our Philosophy
Twin Lakes Recovery Center is founded on the belief that long-term recovery is possible for everyone who desires and works for it. Our fundamental goal is to restore individuals to a healthier, happier, and more productive life, free from dependence on alcohol, addictive chemicals and destructive behaviors. We believe that each person who walks through our doors is a unique individual with a very special set of needs. Our practices are built on the disease concept of addiction. Though addiction is incurable, it is treatable. We believe that families are as affected as individuals; and when possible, the family system is addressed as part of comprehensive care. Fundamental to our daily practices is the belief that all people have equal worth. We believe each person has an inherent potential for change and growth and that certain proven principles help us all move toward continuous improvement, deeper relationships and greater joy, even in the face of difficulties. We will provide you or your loved one with a meaningful treatment experience that addresses the whole person: Body, Mind and Spirit.
