TruHealing Baltimore (formerly Foundations Recovery Center) is committed to helping you achieve and maintain long term recovery. We provide outpatient services in an intimate and individualized setting. Our goal is to provide healing to each individual, in a safe, secure environment. We offer a unique perspective in helping individuals heal from the disease of addiction and make a lasting recovery. Our compassionate staff understands where clients are coming from because many on our team are in recovery themselves. Thus, they see the challenges facing clients and can offer them just the right support through our partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. Our perspectives and professional expertise paired with our comprehensive therapeutic services mean that when individuals come to us, they can heal and change their life for the better. Partial Hospitalization Program
Partial Hospitalization Program (also known as PHP) is the highest level of care in the outpatient setting. PHP meets daily from nine to four and incorporates intensive group, family and individual therapy. During PHP clients will continue to drug and alcohol tested to help keep them accountable. Clients may attend PHP anywhere from three to eight weeks, depending on their specific needs and goals. IOP/OP
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (also known as IOP) is designed to provide you with the support you need as you begin steps towards independence. Whether you are stepping down your treatment or entering IOP as your initial step, our team will create an individualized plan based around your needs during early recovery. You will meet with an individual therapist as well take part in group and family therapy. IOP meets three to four times a week for three hours. Outpatient therapy (also known as OP) is the least intensive program we offer. Foundations outpatient programming meets one to two times a week for three hours, this helps add accountability and acts as a resource for clients in early recovery and beyond.
