While most treatment centers claim their program is unique, ours truly is. We start by conducting an intake assessment to evaluate your needs and create a customized recovery plan. While we provide standard outpatient practices such as individual, group, and family therapy, we take our program 2 steps further than most of our colleagues. First, we emphasize the importance of fitness and nutritional plans. This may sound simple but in practice, it works wonders for creating strong recovery routines and healthy life practices. Secondly, our special sauce is using alternative evidenced based practices that other treatment centers don't always provide. These include Neurosequential Model of Treatment (NMT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Person-Centered Trauma Therapy. Although we also include standard treatment practices like DBT, CBT and motivation interviewing, we've gone several steps further to provide a unique experience for each of our clients.
