Who We Serve
True North Counselors is an outpatient counseling practice that serves children (5+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Southwest Virginia. Many of our clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum concerns, postpartum depression, relationship stress, divorce, and major life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward and are looking for practical tools, emotional clarity, and meaningful support.

Our team of EMDR-trained, trauma-informed clinicians provides evidence-based counseling tailored to each client’s needs. We offer counseling in a supportive environment that balances compassion with clinical structure.
