Our Continuum of Care
To begin your journey, please complete the referral form located on the website link to the right. Triumph Treatment Services welcomes adults (18+) for outpatient mental health services at our Genesis and Downtown Yakima (CDAC) locations. Services are open to everyone, with no substance use disorder diagnosis required. We offer a continuum of care including outpatient mental health, residential treatment, transitional and supportive housing, peer support, and the Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP). Triumph provides client-centered outpatient mental health care, including therapy, assessments, and medication management. We offer in-person and virtual visits.
