Are you looking for an alternative to traditional office based therapy or a jump start to get unstuck? Triple Play Farm offers an experiential approach to counseling in a private and peaceful setting in Rowan County, North Carolina. Our highly trained staff of licensed clinicians and equine specialists will guide you through activities to facilitate a greater understanding of your thought and behavior patterns. We serve children and adults ages twelve and up who are struggling with challenges related to ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, marital challenges and more. It is our privilege to walk beside our clients for even a small part of their journey. How are we different?
How are we different from other local equine therapy programs? For one, we offer behavioral health services only. We are NOT a therapeutic riding program serving individuals with physical disabilities. We believe that the way you do anything is the way that you do everything...and that by exploring relationships, we can ask important questions about how we create and maintain connection with the world around us. Secondly, Triple Play Farm is one of only *twelve* facilities in the state of North Carolina that has been accredited by PATH Intl., the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship. This rigorous process includes a site visit to evaluate compliance with a stringent set of over one hundred standards related to client care, facility management and equine welfare. We take our continuing education very seriously and are always striving to provide services that are highly compassionate, ethical and effective. How can we help?
Our three licensed clinicians see clients four days a week at the farm at weekly or bi-weekly intervals.
