Our mission is to give those in need of treatment services—as well as their families—all-encompassing, quality care. Our whole-person approach is used in our integrated care to provide the best possible care for people recovering from addiction and other mental health conditions. It is founded on a person-centered, evidence-based plan of care that our team of professionals, the patient, and the patient's family developed. Our outpatient programs support the needs for individual and family healing by providing all paths to recovery through options of holistic alternatives, medication management, medicated assisted therapies and trama-informed care. Trinity Healthy living provides clinical services and holistic wellness that guide our members through a process of self-care and discovery. Our services include daily intensive group therapy sessions, individual and family counseling, medication management, medication-assisted treatment (Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltraxone), and toxicology screening. In addition, we offer holistic services such as reiki, acupuncture, recovery yoga, and other mindfulness practices such as guided meditations, grounding exercises, life skills, recovery coaching and 12 Step Supports. We create personalized, sustainable care plans based on each individual client's needs and strengths. We look at the whole person, including environmental factors that are key to a client's recovery and continuum of care. Our services are available weekdays & evenings. Here is where recovery starts—it's very personal, requiring honesty and the ability to let people who can support your recovery needs through accountability and engagement, surrounded by people who have lived it, in. We give our clients the confidence to advance in their recovery by enabling them to take one manageable step at a time providing all paths to recovery. We provide a comprehensive approach to healing that addresses mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health in order to promote optimal wellbeing and long-lasting recovery.
