At Acera Health, we work with our clients to create personalized treatment plans that are based on their individual strengths. We are a family-owned outpatient clinic focused on TMS treatment for depression, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment of injured workers. Dr. David Penner, MD, founded our clinic to provide high-quality mental health care tailored toward each patient. Our clinic is staffed with highly-trained professionals. We have a dedicated nurse, four registered nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and a psychiatrist, each with unique backgrounds and experience in the military, community mental health, child and adolescent psychology, and nursing.

Our treatment center offers specialty Psychiatry services TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) and Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression cases. These services also can have some ancillary benefits for Anxiety, PTSD, and OCD, but our primary treatment focus is on MDD (major depressive disorder).

Adult, Young Adult (18-30), 50+, and Adolescent (13-17) PHP, partial hospitalization, programs. Using CBT and ACT programming, medication management, nursing groups, rec and music therapy, the Partial Hospitalization Program provides treatment for people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mood disorders. Patients participate in group therapy for six hours a day, five days per week. The Adolescent PHP program is available virtually or on-site.

Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital's mission is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and innovative environment of patient centered care. Located in Marysville, WA -- Smokey Point Behavioral opened its doors in June 2017 to meet the needs of a rapidly growing North Sound region with a 115-bed, state-of-the-art, freestanding psychiatric facility. Six units provide group-facilitated, short-term specialized treatment for behavioral health and co-occurring disorders (mental illness and substance abuse) for both adults and adolescents within a secure unit.

Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 12-17 in Seattle, WA. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health or behavioral conditions. We provide necessary coping skills and tools to transition back into their home, community and schooling system.
