TWR offers the only dual diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program in Cary. Flexible scheduling with morning sessions 8-11AM and/or afternoons from 3-6PM for clients 18 and up with mental health challenges and/or substance abuse who need more support than just weekly office visits but not a residential setting. Shame-free and trauma-informed environment, incorporating harm reduction principles alongside abstinence approach. We also offer MAT, psychiatric med management, Ketamine, individual therapy and primary care for our patients with specific focus on addressing their medication side effect concerns. We serve the Triangle area.
