Parent Skills and Support Group
Our Parent Skills and Support Groups are designed to work with parents who are looking for parenting support and guidance around contingency management, validation, mindfulness, self care, DBT skills and parenting resources. Our state-of-the-art curriculum features a multi-modal skills approach, drawing from DBT, CBT, behavioral principles and contingency management. Each 90 minute group is divided in half, with 45 minutes dedicated to teaching and 45 minutes for support and guidance. Individual parents and couples are invited to attend and you do not need to have a child in any other Triad group to be eligible.

Adolescent Mood & Self Esteem Group (DBT/CBT)
This online offering features a compassionate group of 14-18 year old high school adolescents seeking skills to help with self esteem, anxiety, depression, school avoidance and creating healthy relationships. The group is 75 minutes long and provides a teaching curriculum to build skills to help participants feel more confident, both in terms of managing anxiety, depression and relationships but also throughout life in general. Group discussions and lessons are co-facilitated by two experienced group leaders that strive to involve all members, teach skills and guide conversation to support group members.

Parent Effectiveness Skill Teaching Group
This 60 minute daytime group focuses on teaching skills to help parents feel more effective in their parenting capacity, particularly for families that have preteens, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and trauma. We know that adolescents get more out of treatment when parents are also receiving support and having a shared language through CBT and DBT skills provides a consistent framework for the home. This 16 week group includes parenting mindfulness, contingency management, relationship effectiveness, limit setting, validation, self care & compassion skills, among many other integral parenting tools.
