We use physical fitness to balance the chemistry of the brain and body instead of medication. Our fitness program helps our clients to think clearly, control drug cravings and teaches them how to use action and exercise to control the way they think and feel instead of illegal and Rx drugs. Designed to rebuild the drug damaged prefrontal cortex by promoting positive neuroplasticity, we use groundbreaking team-based social therapies resulting in positive neurogenesis. Optimizing the Mind
Our clients graduate fluent in an education in addiction, including what got them addicted and everything they need to know to stay well. One on One therapy addresses the underlying root causes of addiction in a one on one setting. Our educational process groups teach are clients how the physiological and biological effects of addiction impact thinking and behavior. Writing Therapy is a structured series of expressive writing assignments, providing our clients with a platform to identify, process and resolve traumatic events in their life.
